UpdatedInformation you choose to send
The contact form asks for your name, work email, organization, area of interest, project description, desired outcome, optional timeline, preferred language and consent. Please do not submit patient records, medical details, passwords, secrets or information you are not authorized to share.
Technical and security data
The server processes IP address, request headers, timestamps and limited security events to deliver the site, prevent abuse and investigate failures. Application logs deliberately exclude enquiry text. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral profiles.
Why the information is used
Contact information is used to review and respond to the enquiry, protect the service and understand aggregate conversion paths without recording the message body. Editorial account data is used to authenticate authorized CMS users and preserve revision history.
Processors and delivery
Enquiries are stored in Livara’s PostgreSQL database. When configured, Resend is used to send a transactional notification and Plausible is used for privacy-respecting aggregate analytics. These optional providers receive only the data needed for their task. Infrastructure providers may process network and storage data to operate the site.
Retention and choices
Unqualified enquiries are targeted for deletion after 90 days; active project correspondence may be retained for the working relationship and required records. Security logs are rotated on an operational schedule. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at [email protected], subject to identity and legal record checks.
International processing and changes
Internet infrastructure and configured providers may process data outside your country. Appropriate terms must be confirmed for a specific engagement. Material policy changes receive a new updated date; we do not silently expand the purpose of previously collected enquiry data.
