01 · A workflow that fits you

Start small. Make it your own.

A trigger, a condition, an action, a reply. Most useful bots are four boxes and a good idea.

01

Make every hello useful

Answer commands, send replies with buttons, and ask questions one step at a time.

02

Give your idea a flow

Connect steps on a visual canvas. Add conditions, store values, and choose what happens next.

03

Turn answers into action

Collect structured records or create cards in boards you explicitly allow the bot to use.

04

Keep good timing

Use scheduled triggers and delays to run a workflow when it makes sense.

05

Build with a little AI help

Describe a workflow and refine the result. AI steps require Livara AI Pro for the owner and the user.

06

Connect with permission

Allow web search, page reading or approved HTTPS integrations when your workflow needs them.

02 · From idea to helpful

Three steps to “consider it done.”

  1. Give your bot an identity

Choose a name, a handle and an appearance that feels like yours.

  2. Connect the steps

Start with a template, build on the canvas, or ask AI to help. Review the workflow and its permissions.

  3. Try it, then share it

Test in the preview, publish when you are ready, and open a bot conversation inside Livara.

03 · Clear permissions, clear boundaries

You choose what your bot can do.

Bots are not end-to-end encrypted.Board access, internet tools and integrations need explicit permissions. Hosted bot conversations and workflow data are processed on the server; they do not have the end-to-end encryption of private chats. Share only the information your workflow needs.
